We value your satisfaction and aim to provide the best unboxing experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

โŒ Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our support.

Once the order is processed/shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Return Policy
Due to the surprise box nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless:

The item is damaged during transit

The product received is wrong or incomplete

๐Ÿงพ Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund is approved:

The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 working days.

In case of COD orders, we will issue a refund via UPI or bank transfer.

To process a refund or replacement request, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order ID

Clear images/videos of the damaged item(s)

Unboxing video (mandatory in some cases)

Refunds are only issued for valid issues โ€” damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

Mysticrate reserves the right to reject refund/replacement requests that do not meet the criteria.
